the 6N Team
After a strange spring term, we hope you have had a relaxing Easter break and are ready for your final term at Castle Hills.
During the summer, Year 6 will study ‘Blood Heart’, which includes studying the inner workings of the heart; a timeline of pirates and their travels; researching lives of great scientists and looking at the different blood groups in our class. In maths, children will focus on shape, statistics, ratio and proportion. They will solve problems involved in everyday life as well as beginning to look at what they will cover in early KS3. In science, children will study the circulatory system and how to keep it healthy.
As always, it will be a very busy but enjoyable term for the children and I am sure that they will rise to the challenges ahead and enjoy their final term with us at Castle Hills.
